# Add Your Company

> Set up your organizations and companies in Breezing, structure entities, and invite team members or clients.

When you first log in to Breezing, the first step is to set up your entities the right way.

### Structuring Your Entities

Breezing allows you to set up organizations and companies based on your actual corporate structure. This is especially useful for accountants managing multiple entities or groups of companies.

1. **Create the Top-Level Organization**: For example, you might create an organization for a specific region, like *KPMG US* or *KPMG Switzerland*.
2. **Add Companies Under Organizations**: Within *KPMG US*, you can add specific client companies, like *The Graph USD*. Within *KPMG Switzerland*, you might add *Safe* or *Casper Labs* using the CHF currency.
3. **Consolidated Groups**: If you have a group of companies with multiple jurisdictions, you can use the organization as a holding company. For instance, an organization named *The Graph* could hold both *The Graph USD* and *The Graph Switzerland CHF*.

You can add as many companies as you want underneath an organization.

### Inviting Team Members & Clients

Once your companies and organizations are structured, you can invite your team members and clients to collaborate.

There are two different levels of settings for invitations: **Organization Settings** and **Company Settings**.

#### 1. Inviting Users to an Organization

To give someone access to your wider organization (e.g., inviting a coworker to the *KPMG US* organization):

1. Navigate to the specific organization.
2. Click on **Organization Settings**, then go to the **Members** tab.
3. Enter the user's email address (e.g., `john.doe@gmail.com`).
4. Select a role (Owner, Manager, Editor, or Viewer). You can review the exact permissions by clicking "View Role Explanation".
5. Send the invitation. The user will receive an email to accept and register on Breezing.

#### 2. Inviting Clients to a Specific Company

If you are an accounting firm, you likely don't want clients seeing your entire organization. You can invite them to *only* their specific company view.

1. Navigate into the specific company (e.g., *DTO Crypto*).
2. Go to the **Company Settings**, then the **Members** tab.
3. Enter the client's email address.
4. **Important Role Settings for Clients:**
   * **Organization Role:** Always set this to **Viewer**.
   * **Company Role:** Typically, give them a **Viewer** or **Editor** role. *Avoid giving clients Owner or Manager roles.*
5. Send the invitation.

*Bonus:* You can also make a specific client the **Billing Manager** for their company. This allows the client to subscribe to the workspace directly, so you don't have to take on the subscription costs and bill them later.
