If you are dealing with high-frequency crypto activity—such as mining payouts, staking rewards, or micro-transactions—your ledger can quickly become bloated with hundreds of thousands of lines. Syncing 100,000 micro-transactions to Xero or QuickBooks will severely lag or crash your accounting software. Breezing allows you to cleanly “Roll Up” these transactions into summarized blocks before syncing.

How to Roll Up High-Volume Transactions

  1. On your Dashboard, use the Filter menu to isolate the transactions you want to compress.
    • Example: Filter for a specific token (e.g., ETH) and direction (Inbound), to isolate all inbound ETH staking rewards.
  2. Select all the filtered transactions using the bulk-select checkbox.
  3. Click the Manage dropdown menu at the top of the list.
  4. Select Rollup Transactions.
  5. Choose your aggregation timeframe:
    • By Day: Combines all selected transactions that occurred on the same calendar day into one entry.
    • By Month: Combines all selected transactions that occurred in the same calendar month into one entry (Recommended for massive volume).
  6. (Optional) Choose whether to group them by Contact.
  7. Click to confirm.
Breezing will instantly condense the ledger. Instead of 100,000 individual micro-deposits, you will now see just one clean, summarized inbound transaction per month (or day) containing the total summed token amount and fiat value, ready to sync effortlessly to your accounting software!
all right the next thing I’m going to show you is like rollup transactions let’s say you got like a bunch of like like millions or like 100,000 like inbound transactions that are related to Rewards or whatever it might be you can kind of filter for the tokens filter for inbound you can filter for it here you can then select all and then you could kind of like click down here is a rollup transaction button you can click that and you can select how you want to roll it up by day or by month whatever is you want to do so I’ll just do by month I won’t group it by contact I’ll just kind of like roll it up and so what it’s going to do is it’s going to give you one transaction per month completely rolled up for the entire uh Prett much token all INB it’ll show you also the Roll Up by month so that’s a great feature if you have like 100,000 all the same transaction you just want to see it all in one big bulk of transaction it’ll roll it up it’ll sum it up kind of on a monthly basis or on a daily basis whatever you choose but yeah great feature great thing to use if you kind of want to condense um I’d say your uh your environment and make it a little more easier to work cool
